Matt Okesola FHCA has a background in Applied Psychology (MSc. Liverpool), and is a certified AI Governance Architect and AI Audit & Compliance consultant (EU AI Act). Matt is an organisational change management expert, a CCMP and Prosci (ADKAR) practitioner and digital transformation consultant.

Matt has spent nearly two decades helping organisations adopt new technology and ways of working as well as helping their people build new capabilities. Vivadence consolidates this distinctive blend into a single patent pending platform.
